Rules and Regulations:

No Timelimit

Win by submission or 9 Points

 

Points:

1 Point: Takedown without oponents control

2 Points: Takedown and controlling oponent after in Sidemount, Mount, North South, Backmount

3 Points: Mount stabilised for more than 3 seconds

4 Points: Backmount stabilised for more than 3 seconds

 

 

Legal Techniques :

•Any kind of choke (except for using the hand to close the wind pipe).

•No use of T-Shirt and no holding the shorts allowed

•Any armbar, shoulder lock, or wrist lock

•Any straight Leg Lock or Ankle Lock

•Straight necklocks

 

Illegal Techniques :

•No striking of any kind

•No eye gouging or fish hooking

•No grabbing the ears

•No hair pulling

•No finger or toe holds

•No thumbing

•No scratching and pinching

•No kicking

•No biting

•No touching groin area

•No hands, knees or elbows on face

•No slippery substances allowed on body or clothing

•No Heelhooks

•No turned locks on knees, neck or spine 

•No grabbing grabbing less than 3 fingers to open a grip

•No fingerlocks to submit

 

 

Weight classes:

Men: -69,9 Kg, -79,9 Kg, -89,9 Kg, +90 Kg (Maximum Weight 115 Kg)

Women: -59,9 Kg, -69,9 Kg, +70 Kg (Maximum Weight 90 Kg)

Junior (age 14-16 years): -59,9 Kg, - 69,9 Kg
